Ahead of the team’s game tonight in Oklahoma City, the Philadelphia 76ers made some moves at the back end of the roster. Per a team official, rookie first-round pick Jaden Springer and rookie two-way player have both been assigned to the Delaware Blue Coats:
Jaden Springer has been assigned to the Delaware Blue Coats. He and two-way player Aaron Henry will join the team's G League training camp starting tomorrow, per #Sixers official

The Blue Coats do not open their regular season until Saturday, November 6, against the Long Island Nets. However, participating in training camp will allow both Springer and Henry to compete and improve in a competitive environment moreso than if they remained with the big club. Between travel and downtime following games, the Sixers do not have nearly as many full-bore practices as the two rookies will have with the Blue Coats in the coming weeks. Springer and Henry have both only received two minutes of mop-up time against the Pelicans thus far this season.
Keep working on your games, men. I’m sure your time will come later in the season.
