The Philadelphia 76ers have selected Isaiah Joe with the 49th overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft. Joe is a 6’5” guard out of Arkansas, averaging 16.9 points per game in his sophomore season while shooting 36.7% from the floor, 34.2% from 3PT and 89.0% from the line. For his two-year NCAA career on the whole, Joe has shot 38.7% from 3PT on 548 career attempts, which should make Sixers fans feel a little better about his down shooting season in 2019-20.
The 76ers are targeting Isaiah Joe with the No. 49 pick, a source tells ESPN.

This pick isn’t much of a surprise as there were reports over the last week that the Sixers were honing in on Joe and had even promised him. I wouldn’t have been thrilled with Joe at pick no. 21, but getting him at pick no. 49 is great value. Joe is a versatile shooter from distance, with a willingness to move around the perimeter and create multiple looks. The Sixers continue to put shooters around Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid.
Our Jackson Frank is very high on the pick and is not concerned about Joe as a 3PT shooter.
Isaiah Joe is a top-3 shooter in this class. Deep range, quick trigger, massive volume, versatile, has some pull-up game, too. Very good team defender, solid pick-and-roll passer. Top-20 prospect. This is incredible value. https://t.co/YlwzJ1JRzD

Through their first two picks, the Sixers draft night haul includes Joe and Kentucky guard Tyrese Maxey, in addition to acquiring Seth Curry while sending out Josh Richardson.
