The Sixers, already without one star player tonight in Joel Embiid, may find themselves down two starters. Ben Simmons has been listed as questionable for the Sixers game this evening vs. the Houston Rockets, via Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer.
#Sixers’ Ben Simmons questionable for Friday night’s game at Houston - @PompeyOnSixersr
According to Pompey’s reporting, Simmons “fell ill” this morning and did not participate in shootaround. If Simmons does indeed sit out tonight’s game, it will be just the second game he’s missed all season.
With or without Ben, the Rockets figure to be a tough match up for a Philly team that is on the road. Houston is playing great basketball of late, as they’re finally healthy after missing at least one of Chris Paul and Clint Capela for large portions of the season prior to the All-Star break.
