A medical update on Furkan Korkmaz and Boban Marjanovic: pic.twitter.com/W2vB76ZiYI

The Sixers provided some updates on injured players Furkan Korkmaz and Boban Marjanović.
Korkmaz went under the knife today to address his torn meniscus. It sounds like there were no complications, so hopefully the 26th pick in the 2016 NBA draft makes as speedy a recover as possible.
As for Boban, the team is saying the MRI on his right knee came back negative which is great news and he just has a bone bruise and mild sprain. The 30 year old 4th year reserve center out of Serbia will be re-evaluated in 5-7 days.
This leaves the Sixers short-handed at the center position for upcoming games against the Warriors, Thunder, Magic, Bulls and Rockets.
Hopefully Jonah Bolden and Amir Johnson who bookend the range-of-experience-spectrum can pick up the slack; unless head coach Brett Brown is prepared to get creative with some small-ball lineups.
The Sixers play in Oklahoma on Thursday without superstar center Joel Embiid. It will be his 4th consecutive missed game with knee tendinitis.
