Sixers
The Sixers are at full strength against the Heat, no injuries to worry about this evening. Jonah Bolden, Zhaire Smith, and Shake Milton are on assignment to the G League, and Marial Shayok (two-way) is with the Delaware Blue Coats as well.
Heat
Goran Dragic
Goran Dragic is out with a right groin strain. Dragic has not played since a December 1st game against the Brooklyn Nets (during which he first tweaked his groin). Prior to the injury, Dragic had been providing the Heat valuable contributions from the bench, averaging 15.9 points and 5.0 assists per game while shooting over 40.0% from deep across 28.7 minutes.
Justise Winslow
Justise Winslow is out with a lower back strain that has kept him out of the Heat’s last six games. Winslow has been bothered by ailments much of the season, missing nine games in November due to a concussion. He’s played in just 10 games this season.
Derrick Jones Jr.
Derrick Jones Jr. is questionable with a migraine. He’s been otherwise healthy lately, so sounds like he’ll be a game-time decision depending upon whether his migraine subsides.
Dion Waiters
Dion Waiters is out due to suspension. No, not the suspension he received for consuming an edible and proceeding to have a panic attack on the team plane. He was again suspended for failure to adhere to team rules back on December 12th. He can return after the Heat’s December 23rd game against the Utah Jazz.
James Johnson
James Johnson is out for personal reasons.
Daryl Macon is listed as questionable, but he’s currently in the G League anyway. KZ Okpala is on assignment in the G League as well.
