The Philadelphia 76ers take on the San Antonio Spurs Friday evening for the first game of a back-to-back. Unfortunately, Josh Richardson will not play in the contest, sitting out for the second straight game, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Sources: 76ers G/F Josh Richardson will miss tonight's game against the Spurs and is expected to be a game-time decision on Saturday in his first game vs. the Heat since being traded for Jimmy Butler.

Richardson is suffering from hip flexor tightness. As Charania notes, the Sixers take on Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat, Richardson’s former team, on Saturday. The Sixers would certainly welcome Richardson’s return for that game if possible, as the Heat have come out of the gate strong to start the season at 10-3.
