According to the Philadelphia Inquirer’s Keith Pompey, the Sixers interviewed Utah Jazz Assistant General Manager Justin Zanik for the second time last night, and will also be granting a second interview to Houston Rockets Vice President Gersson Rosas tonight.
Golden State Warriors executive Larry Harris, who was the other external candidate mentioned in ESPN’s report at the beginning of the month, will not be having a second interview, according to Pompey.
This suggests that the Sixers have at least narrowed down the field of external candidates to two, if not the entire field.
You can read more about Zanik and Rosas’ accomplishments here.
It looks like we’re getting close to the conclusion of this ridiculously long process.
