With the 10th pick in the 2018 NBA Draft, the Philadelphia 76ers select:

(dramatic pause)

Mikal Bridges from Villanova University.

The Sixers took the three-year player (two-year starter) from Villanova by way of Great Valley High School in Malvern, PA. (Shout out to a team called the Patriots that I can enjoy.) Here are the basics about Bridges:

6’7” (7’1” wingspan), 209 lbs.
17.7 PPG
5.3 RPG
1.9 APG
1.5 SPG
43.5% 3pt (6.0 3PA per game)
.623 EFG%
+13.2 BPM

For those that are more visual, here is the Draft Express scouting report for the newest Sixers wing:

More to come as the night progresses.
