We rolled out our Liberty Ballers NBA Draft community big board yesterday and began voting for the #1 spot.
Receiving 63% of the vote, Luka Dončić comes in as the #1 overall player. Dončić, 6’7” and 220 lbs, is an incredibly dynamic offensive player with creation skills (for himself and his teammates) that project him to be a lead ball handler in the NBA. There is some concern over his ability to play defense (especially if he’s asked to defend point guards), as he’s not the most athletic guy. Dončić has been widely praised for the maturity he plays with at just age 19. He has an impressive feel for the game and demonstrates a high basketball IQ.
