(5) Indiana at (4) Cleveland - 7:00 PM ET, TNT
I know LeBron said that he’s unbothered by the current state of affairs, but the Cavs can’t afford to head to Indiana down 2-0. James is going to need some help, though: Cleveland’s other four starters combined for just 23 points in Game 1, and that’s simply not going to cut it. Also... Victor Oladipo is very good.
(5) Utah at (4) Oklahoma City - 8:00 PM ET, NBA TV
Giving yourself a nickname is pretty much verboten, however... if Paul George keeps knocking down threes at this rate, he can call himself whatever he wants.
If you want to watch Playoff P and the rest of the Thunder take on the Utah Jazz (and rookie of the year runner-up Donovan Mitchell), you need to fire up NBA TV tonight. Will Russell Westbrook wear a shirt tonight?
(8) Minnesota at (1) Houston - 9:30 PM ET, TNT
Does James Harden travel on his patented stepback? Sure... but if the refs don’t call it, is it really a travel? Either way, I’m not sure why we’re talking about this all of a sudden: Game 1 was only close because the Rockets missed like a thousand 3-pointers and the Timberwolves made some questionable decisions down the stretch (that last shot by Jimmy Butler was pure, unadulterated trash). Besides, if Derrick Rose keeps taking more shots than Karl-Anthony Towns, this series will be over in 4 games.
