OK for LeBron, but not everyone else?

Lakers were up 110-97 with 20 seconds left in the fourth quarter. A 13 point lead with 20 seconds left in the game, the Lakers have the ball, and Miami is not fouling. For obviuos reasons Miami conceded the game, but for LeBron that was not the case. You see LeBron, at that point, had 48 points in the game and clearly wanted more despite the game being over and conceded by Miami. With the game in hand, instead of just dribbling out the clock, LeBron jacks up a three point shot and makes it bringing him to 51 points. Everyone cheers?

Why is OK for LeBron to do this? A man who already has everything and no contract to worry about it, no legacy to worry about, no All-Star bid to worry about, no stats to worry about gets appluaded for doing this. But dare any other player to do this and they are publicly shamed. They are often verbally and even sometimes physically confronted by the opposing team and coaches. Fans boo and writers write how shameful it was. NBA analysists debate on Tv just how bad it was or wasn't. Give me a break!

In my opinion everyone needs to let these end of game shots go. It's ridiculous that so many people take it to be so disrespectful and LeBron proved how ridiculous it is. Amazingly and shockingly no one was upset when LeBron, the NBA beloved son, does this thus proving it really isn't disrespectful at all. What about those fourth quarter bench player who rarley get playing time, much less even touch the ball? They are not allowed to shoot it for once? How about any other player who just for possibly once in thier life could score 50 in a NBA game? They can't have that memory, but LeBron who it means nothing too can? Let all let this go and let these guys play basketball. If you don't like the opposing player "jacking up the score" then play defense! For everyone else writing, watching, or talking about it just turn off your Tv and do some yoga!
