According to Jon Krawczynski of the Athletic, the Sixers are finalizing a deal to land Jimmy Butler:

Parting with two sons of the Process is a really tough pill to swallow, but this is a good move and maybe a smaller package to give up than most would have anticipated.

Update: According to Woj, the Sixers and Butler plan on reaching an agreement to keep Butler in Philly long-term:
Jimmy Butler and the Sixers fully expect to reach a deal on a long-term contract this summer, league sources tell ESPN. Sixers made deal with plans to add Butler to a Big Three with Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons.
