I’ll be incredibly excited when Markelle Fultz returns, just so I have more photos to choose from for posts.
According to head coach Brett Brown, Markelle Fultz participated in full-contact 5-on-5 today for the first time since his injury surfaced and put him on the backburner for what feels like 8 months.
Brett Brown says Markelle Fultz played full contact 5 on 5 today.

So full practice is step one. Step two is playing. The Sixers don’t play again until this Thursday when they take on the Celtics in London, so there could be enough time to get a couple more 5-on-5’s in and get Fultz on the court, right?
Brown said he does not expect Fultz to return to play for the game in London.

In a post last week - and my first (and, sneak preview, second) simulated look into the Sixers’ future - I pinpointed the Sixers’ next game against the Celtics, in Boston, on the 18th as a potential return. I still think that’s the one to keep an eye on.
