Joel Embiid is on vacation in Miami as the Sixers’ rookies take on Las Vegas Summer League, and he stopped by the MLB Home Run Derby on Monday night.
By all indications, The Process had a fantastic time.
Embiid sat right behind the left field fence, and came home with a handful of souvenirs.

He looks like he could squash that ball like a grape. Embiid came away with not one, but two Home Run Derby balls.

Embiid is also a man of the people, so naturally he took a picture with all the kids shagging fly balls in the outfield.

New York Yankees’ outfielder Aaron Judge hit 41 home runs on the night, good enough to take home the Home Run Derby crown.

Embiid’s basking in the Miami sun. Markelle Fultz’s ankle is still intact. Ben Simmons is healthy and hanging out with the team in Vegas.
So far, it looks like everything is still on track for all three guys to tear it up in October.
