No one could be a better frontman for The Process than Joel Embiid, and as the team moves past the dog days of the rebuild, it appears their franchise center will represent the team at the 2017 NBA Draft Lottery.
The 76ers released a semi-cryptic video of Embiid on the team’s Twitter account, which was followed up by confirmation from Sixers.com’s Brian Seltzer:
You servin' Shirley Temples at the Lottery, @NBA? ... asking for a friend. pic.twitter.com/jI7QG15nkU

There are few things in the world I can imagine being better than the Sixers winning the lottery and Joel Embiid busting out his dance moves in the stuffy, suit-filled room where the lottery is held. There probably won’t be any Future playing or Shirley Temples on-hand, but I imagine Embiid will manage to have a ton of fun there either way.
We’ll have to wait and see if Embiid is able to match the flyness of departed Sixers center Nerlens Noel, who rocked the team’s colors on the inside of his suit when he went in 2015:

If good-luck charm Brett Brown wasn’t going to attend, this was really the only choice. Go win the whole damn thing, JoJo.
