Another year, another bid for the lottery. However, unlike years past, we got a taste of the potential of the potential for this team. January was a magical month where this team, led by the embodiment of “The Process”, Joel Embiid, began to ball out against all varieties of competition. While fleeting, it was a spark of the potential flame that this team could become. Hopefully this fall, we’ll finally see all of the team’s young and highly talented prospects on the floor together.
But, I digress.
Today, the Sixers take one more, hopefully last, shot at the lottery. With the amount of scenarios that are in play, it’s bound to get confusing. But no worries, we have you covered, as Jake Pavorsky broke down much of the pertinent details including potential draft slotting and how it will be shown live.
I know many will be at the Rights to Ricky Sanchez Lottery Party itself. If you’re there, drop some love in the thread and make friends with the fellow commenters and community while you’re there. But for those like myself who will be watching from a far, like the many game threads over the course of the year...
Let’s get weird!
