On the heels of the Ersan Ilyasova trade, The Vertical’s Adrian Wojnarowski is now reporting that the Chicago Bulls are making a push to acquire 76ers center Jahlil Okafor.

The Bulls are a team that have frequently come up in the rumor mill as a possible destination for Okafor, a Chicago native.
It’s not clear exactly what Okafor’s value on the market is or what a potential return could be from the Bulls, a team without much in the way of young talent. Whether it be a future, protected first rounder or possibly rookie Denzel Valentine, acquiring something of value for Okafor and ending this whole ordeal is probably the best move for all parties involved.
I would settle for a deep dish pizza though...

UPDATE: Here’s a bit from Wojnarowski’s article on the Sixers’ Ersan Ilyasova trade:
Philadelphia has continued discussions on trading center Jahlil Okafor, league sources said. Talks with the Chicago Bulls were continuing Tuesday night, with the Bulls working to persuade the 76ers to accept forward Nikola Mirotic as part of a trade package, league sources said.
The Sixers have trades to make. Who's likely to be out the door?
