It's time to rewrite the contrite narrative of Ben Simmons not wanting to play for the 76ers. The Philadelphia Inquirer's Keith Pompey reports that the Australian native worked out in Philadelphia today:

Simmons joins Tyler Ulis (Kentucky), Brandon Taylor (Penn State), Isaiah Cousins (Oklahoma), Gary Payton II (Oregon State), Chinanu Onuaku (Louisviille) and Guerschon Yabusele (Rouen Metropole Basket, France) in a this morning's workouts, per the Sixers themselves. He is quite clearly the headliner of this group, and his presence in Philadelphia just two days before the draft is a strong statement on the team's intent.
With a little over two days remaining until the draft, the concern over whether Simmons actually wants to be in Philly can subside for a moment, allowing the Sixers and their fanbase to focus on one simple truth: Simmons' massive talent.
