Sam Hinkie is gone, but the Sixers march on. Courtesy of Keith Pompey, we have reactions to his resignation from players and Brett Brown at practice today.
Robert Covington: "He gave me a chance to really showcase what I do... Sam saw something in me that a lot of people didn't at first."

Jerami Grant: "He was great for us, he gave all of us here an opportunity when a lot of us wouldn't have an opportunity to play."
Nerlens Noel: "He definitely meant a lot to me, especially early on in my career, and I'm definitely surprised."
Brett Brown: "It's disappointing for him not to be a part of what will happen over the next few months. I come here this morning more with that flavor of appreciation and gratitude for methods and time that he has put in."
