NBA All-Star festivities get underway tonight with the BBVA Rising Stars Challenge. Formerly known as the Rookie-Sophomore game, the Rising Stars Challenge now pits a team of USA born players against internationally born players.

The Philadelphia 76ers sole representative tonight will be rookie big man Jahlil Okafor, who will be suiting up for the U.S. team. Nerlens Noel was also chosen to participate in tonight's game, but right knee tendonitis will keep him from partaking. He was replaced by Phoenix shooting guard Devin Booker.

Tip-off is at 9 p.m., and you can watch on TNT. The rosters for the contest are below.
