Pre-Game Notables:

  • Despite having a sore shoulder, JaKarr Sampson remains in the starting line-up for the Sixers.
  • For the third straight game since returning, Jahlil Okafor will begin the game on the bench. Replacing him at center is Nerlens Noel, making his 3rd straight start there since sliding over from power forward during Okafor's absence. Meanwhile, filling in the void left by Noel at PF is Jerami Grant.
  • Paul Pierce will not be playing in tonight's game as Doc Rivers has announced he wants to rest (or, depending on how you want to look at it, "rest") him. No official word yet on who will start in Pierce's stead.
