Ricky back! Spike and Mike return from their summer vacation and shake off the rust to discuss all things Sixers. Sam Hinkie gifted me Kendall Marshall in a Labor Day Miracle. He'll start for the foreseeable decades and turn into Steve Nash.
The point guard situation is now six men in a three-men bag. A few of Scottie Wilbekin, Pierre Jackson, Isaiah Canaan, Ish Smith (?), and Tony Wroten will have to wriggle out of the bag and find bags in Brooklyn or Charlotte. Training camp should be weird. Next month!
Embiid's surgery happened. It went well probably. This has been your Dr. Sixers update. See you in a year.
And Spike's inner struggle with beloved Malik Rose leaving the Sixers broadcast booth for the Atlanta Hawks front office. Maybe he'll find more players to win 20% of a Players Of The Month award. Finding Malik's replacement for the Sixers is, now that Kendall's here, the biggest offseason priority for me.
Good to be back. Sixers soon. Listen to The Rights To Ricky Sanchez below.
