2015 NBA Draft: 76ers Select Arturas Gudaitis 47th Overall

Who?

Kyle Terada-USA TODAY Sports

"This is the warm body portion of the draft."

For a second straight year, Fran Fraschilla's brutal honesty created a memorable draft moment. There might not be a better introduction for Arturas Gudaitis, a Center out of Lithuania, the man selected with the 47th overall pick in the draft. At this point, everything is a flier. Gudaitis may never play in the NBA, but is a 6'10" center who will remain overseas for the foreseeable future.

The Sixers have now picked three times in the second round, trading the 35th pick for two future second rounders, and taking Richaun Holmes at 37, who may or may not be sticking around. This may be the cherry on top of a relatively deflating draft night for Sixers fans, though you never know what will happen with the Sixers' remaining picks. About the only thing you can say that will create an even more deflating atmosphere is that maybe they'll sell those picks for spare cash.

That cash might be more usable on the court than Gudaitis, anyway.
