Welcome to Draft Day! Is the anticipation palpable or is it just me?
Now that the playoffs are over and the off season begins, the first pit stop on the road to the 2015-2016 season is the NBA Draft. It's one of the most important and exciting, non-game related, times of the year. It's the time where we may see the next star take their first steps into their professional life.
The Philadelphia 76ers have multiple picks going into the draft tonight (#3, 35, 37, 45, 56, 60) and GM Sam Hinkie certainly hasn't been shy in wheeling and dealing. However, this time of year is notorious for news and rumors to fly. Posturing and 'smokescreens' are ever-prevalent. Sometimes, it's hard to keep up with it all.
However, don't fret! We'll try our best to listen to all the noise and, in addition to reporting it, compile them here to keep things organized. Check back here often for the latest news. The comment section is yours to chat, share your thoughts, and discuss the craziness around the league.
It's the day of the NBA Draft! Hang on to your butts!
