Via their website, the Sixers have announced dates and times for their media day and training camp.
Media day will be held on September 29th at the Wells Fargo Center from 11 A.M. to 4 P.M., and last year brought us an absolute gem from Evan Turner. I'm looking for Joel Embiid to follow up with something good this year, or just more video of Michael Carter-Williams and Nerlens Noel hitting a collective dougie.
The team also announced they will be holding training camp at Stockton College in Galloway, New Jersey. Philadelphia previously spent their preseason camps at St. Joe's University They'll be at Stockton from September 30th until October 4th, times not yet available.
They currently have 16 active players (including Jordan McRae, who is set to head to Australia) on the roster, and only carried 18 for preseason and training camp last year. I would anticipate one or two camp invites, with hopefully one of them being summer league standout Sean Kilpatrick.
