Noah Vonleh came out on top of the "everybody else" crowd left after the top 4 spots were filled. Vonleh amassed 48% of the vote to snag the fifth spot on the LB Community board, beating out Julius Randle and others.
I don't have much of a problem with the selection, though I personally didn't vote for him. Vonleh is big and can shoot, which are two traits I do like out of my power forwards. He also has plenty of opportunity to get better and develop his skills. But he seems more like a complementary player, and in a draft like this I don't know if you want a complementary guy taken this high, no matter how effective he may be.
Added to the big board this time are Nik Stauskas and Gary Harris. Both are shooting guards that went top 10 in the LB Mock Draft (a StoryStream for that can be found here). Stauskas is regarded as one of, if not the best, shooters in the draft, with only Doug McDermott seen as competition. More teams can use good shooting, and as role players come, shooters are probably the hardest to find. However, his translatable stats indicate he might be overvalued going this high.
Gary Harris, meanwhile, went to the Sixers with the 10th pick in our mock. Many people had tempered reactions, as his ceiling is low and his floor is high. An undersized wing, Harris could cross-match with Michael Carter-Williams in more problematic match ups. But would you rather aim higher?
Based on the results of the last round of voting, Randle appears to be the favorite in the next round. Can someone topple him? Vote below and check out our update tomorrow!
