At Liberty Ballers, It's On Us

SBNation and the It's On Us campaign have teamed up for a good cause.

Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

SBNation and It's On Us campaign have partnered together to stop sexual assault and bring about awareness, especially to college campuses. As Sarah Kogod wrote earlier today:

The campaign revolves around the belief that sexual assault isn't just an issue involving a perpetrator and a victim, but one in which the rest of us also bear responsibility. We are committed to creating an environment - both in the physical world and on our site - where sexual assault is unacceptable and victims are supported.

It's also important to note that this isn't just a women's issue. One in 16 men are sexually assaulted in college in the United States. This is a very real problem.

Monday start's the official week of action, and SBNation will have plenty of content about it throughout this week. To get involved, you can start by visiting their website and taking the pledge to keep both women and men safe from sexual assault. Make sure to check out SBNation's PSA as well, which you can find here.

If you have any stories you feel comfortable sharing, then feel free to do so in the comments below.

It's on us at Liberty Ballers, and it should be on you as well.
