BREAKING: Thaddeus Young has played really well as of late.
Since December 19th, when Jake Fischer first reported Thad's trade request (which has since also been reported by Yahoo's Marc Spears), Young has scored an average of 25.8 points and 8.7 rebounds per game, all while taking more than 4 threes and free throws on average. While 6 games is nothing major in terms of sample size, the timing of his surge is very convenient given the circumstances.
With that in mind, I've got three questions. It's been a quiet news week aside from all this winning, and I'd like to hear your thoughts on these:
1. Has his recent uptick changed your mind about wanting to keep or trade Thad?
2. If traded, what team is the best fit for Thad?
3. If traded, what type of deal do you expect in return? (links to ESPN's trade machine would be helpful here)
Discuss below in the comments - I'm interested to see if things have changed now that he's playing so well.
