2014 NBA Draft: Sixers Select Joel Embiid With 3rd Overall Pick as Andrew Wiggins Goes to Cavs

With Andrew Wiggins and Jabari Parker off the board, the Philadelphia 76ers have selected Joel Embiid with the 3rd overall pick in the NBA Draft. Don't rule out a trade just yet.

We had Joel Embiid ranked high on our Full Big Board all season long, so we're high as hell on him. The injury is a major concern, but you know what. LET'S GO. GAMBLE ON UPSIDE. ALWAYS.

I wouldn't go so far as to ruling out an eventual trade. The Cleveland Cavaliers selected Wiggins, basically stole him from us, and the Milwaukee Bucks stayed true to their word in taking Jabari.
