Like, he has to go out. He has to. If Chet Steadman taught us one thing, it's about the have-to. Andrew Wiggins must declare for the 2014 NBA Draft today, and he will, because he has to. He'll forgo the rest of his time at the University of Kansas to be a top pick this June. If he doesn't, this site will explode. Bill Self will be joining him at Phog Allen Fieldhouse this afternoon to announce his decision.
There's not much I can say about Andrew Wiggins that I haven't already said in all caps. I like him very much. Other people think Jabari Parker is more of a finished product. Sure. But give me the guy who can dominate on both ends every day of the week and twice on Sunday. If Wiggins gets exactly 0% better the rest of his career, he is a starter-level efficient role player-- I bet he gets a little better.
I wouldn't mind if the Sixers only drafted Canadians. I like Canadians. I wish I was one. Anyway.
Wiggins thread in the comments. I know he's coming out, but like, is he? He's gotta be. But like is he?
