2013 NBA Draft: Sixers Select Michael Carter-Williams

Moments after the Sixers traded for big man Nerlens Noel, they selected Michael Carter-Williams with the 11th pick

USA TODAY Sports

Not a ton of time for rest around here, folks. After Sam Hinkie dealt for the projected number one pick in Nerlens Noel and a 2014 first round pick, they made Syracuse guard Michael Carter-Williams the newest member of the roster with the 11th pick.

Here's the preview of Carter-Williams written by our own Rich Hoffman.

This night has been insane so far and I'm just trying to get a hold on everything that's been going on. I think it's safe to say that the night isn't even close to being over for the Sixers.

It seems our lovable franchise is moving in the right direction by cleaning house and starting over. More as the night develops so keep with you favorite Sixers blog with more excitement and appendage loss, or maybe with all the happenings tonight it'll be a gain. Happy draft night everybody!

What are your thoughts on the Orange(man) being selected?
