The 76ers will work out two more prospects in the coming weeks in Tim Hardaway Jr. (Michigan) and Isaiah Canaan (Murray State).
Hardaway Jr. is the higher ranked of the two, averaging 14.2 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.4 assists as a junior for the NCAA tournament runner-up Michigan Wolverines, capping off a college career that saw him start every game he played over his three year career. His improvement as a jump shooter was his most significant development this past season, which turned him into a legitimate prospect. Hardaway upped his three point shooting percentage from 28.3% to 35.8% his junior year, improving his proficiency in catch and shoot situations substantially.
Canaan became the focal point of the Murray State offense over the past two seasons, averaging 22.4 points, 3.4 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game during his senior season. He's overall a very good shooter, but he's going to be fighting an uphill battle due to his size. You can read a scouting report I wrote for Draft Express about him here. He's currently projected to go in the second round.
