The "Sixers south", formally known as the Atlanta Hawks, pretty handily beat the actual Sixers this evening. Once again (I can't actually believe this is becoming a recurring thing), Evan Turner carried the Sixers. He finished the night with 27 points on 10-19 shooting, and 7-8 from the line. Pretty nice stat line from him.
Tony Wroten played well filling in for Michael Carter-Williams , putting up 22 points on the evening. James Anderson, after a scorching hot 36 point performance against Houston, was held to just two points Friday night, and the only starter not in double figures.
For Atlanta, Jeff Teague led the way with a career high of 33 points, and an insane 12-13 from the line. Friend of the blog Lou Williams made a triumphant return to action after tearing his ACL in January, even knocking down a patented Lou ISO at the end of the first quarter.
Your final: Hawks 113, Sixers 103.
Let's talk it out.
