Sixers win big for the first time in forever. Jrue Holiday (ALL STAR) was amazing.

I can't remember off the top of my head the last time the Sixers won this big. And against the Knicks! It feels great!

All the cliches were in order: the Sixers played with a lot of energy and out-hustled their opponents in all phases tonight. Of course, it really helped that the the Knicks missed a ton of open shots, too.

But more importantly HOLY CRAP JRUE HOLIDAY!!!

The Jruth was amazing tonight. He finished with 35 points, 6 assists (with only 1 turnover!!!), and 5 rebounds. And you can bet your sweet behind he was LAWAD'ing fools up on defense as well. I can't stress how fantastic he was. I love him so much. All Star for sure.

Other Sixers leaders include: Jrue, Nick Young (20 points, 4 assists (!!!)), Evan Turner (20 pts, 6 rebs) and Thaddeus Young (10 points, lots of hustle)

The New York Knicks were led by: Carmelo Anthony (25 points on a very inefficient 28 shots), and Amare Stoudemire (20 pts).

*** Doug Collins had to leave the bench to get medical attention during the 3Q. It's unclear as to why he had to leave. Coach Curry took over in place of him for the remainder of the game. Let's hope it's not too serious.

Full recap will be up tomorrow morning.
