Mortal Enemies: NetsDaily |
Yep, that's right guys. The Nets and Sixers will be disguised as Robert Pattinson and Booker T (far too few images of them when I Google Image searched "Liberty Ballers" - looking to increase) in honor of today being Friday the 13th.
The Sixers are coming off two enormous wins against these Nets and the Andrea Bargnani-less Toronto Raptors in America's hat. The same starters that were used in those two wins (Jrue Holiday, Jodie Meeks, Andre Iguodala, Elton Brand, Nikola Vucevic) will most likely strut out on the Well Fargo Center floor tonight in those same roles.
Although the Sixers haven't been playing the best basketball lately (huh? what are you talking about? DEYDABEST!), I'm fully expecting them to put the Nets away without any trouble whatsoever. The Sixers have been struggling mightily on offense but the Nets defense could be the chicken soup to temporarily cure that illness. If they do lose, it will just be another reminder to the front office that this team is stuck in mediocreville.
Is anybody even reading this since the Flyers have a playoff game tonight and the Phillies are easily more popular? Didn't think so. Whatever, it's Friday, go party!
