Mortal Enemies: CelticsBlog

Oddly enough, this is the first time these two teams will go against each other since the 2011-2012 campaign began, despite being divisional rivals. The Sixers have been struggling ever since before the all-star break, and you can say pretty much the opposite about the visiting Celtics. Since getting a few days off over all-star weekend, the Celtics have won all five of their games (Cleveland, Milwaukee, New Jersey, New York, and Houston) including two straight overtime victories. Make sure you check out Mike's preview with friendly Celtics blogger Jeff Clark where the word huckleberry is used more than once.

Per Tom Moore, Evan Turner and Nikola Vucevic will remain in the starting lineup after being inserted for Lavoy Allen and Jodie Meeks. I expect Turner to pull down a ton of boards as he usually does, possibly even more because of how poor the Celtics rebound. [from Mike]: Thad Young is also out tonight, he's sick in bed watching Seinfeld reruns.

Let's see if the Sixers can get a win, contain Rondo (green got cheese like a nacho), and take the ball to Rack City.
