Former Sixer Willie Green's sister, cousin killed in car crash

According to the Detroit Free Press, former 76ers guard Willie Green's sister and cousin were killed in a single car accident Sunday night while driving home after watching Green play. Green's Hornets were playing in Detroit.

Tamara Lynette Green, 30, and her cousin, Gary Benjamin Green, 27, who was driving, died after a number of Green family members attended the game, the player's father, Willie Green Sr., said today.

They were both declared dead at the scene after their car veered off I-75 and hit a tree, according to the Troy Police.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Willie and his family.
