A 4:30 start time! Yes! Now I don't have to blaze though traffic to get home in time for tip-off. Tonight we get our first look at Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat and it's another game we should win. It will be important to see if we can get in a nice groove after slaughtering the Kings, especially against the Heat and Magic, two potential playoff teams. Just last week, we beat down the Knicks in the same fashion that we beat the Kings and then went on the road and blew a 23-point lead to a considerably worse team. Tonight we are put in the same exact situation. Let's hope for different results.
We really can't play better than we did on Monday, so the same type of effort should be more than enough to get a W. However; with a dude like D-Wade on the opposing bench, I'm never completely confident. I am really looking forward to seeing him, Beasley, Marion, my fantasy stud Mario Chalmers and their new coach (Erik Spoelstra) in action. As always, check out Peninsula is Mightier for the Miami Heat point of view. And one more thing of note, I will be super geeked if Mo rolls with M16 as the backup big instead of Reggie Evans. It worked last game and if Speights continues to impress like he has, it will be hard to keep him off the court.
