ESPN's stat-affiliate Five Thirty Eight ran some numbers on the NBA team's receiving the most traffic on the mothership, and the Sixers aren't the worst. Hooray?
According to their findings, the Sixers finished ahead of the Milwaukee Bucks, Brooklyn Nets, Phoenix Suns and Denver Nuggets:
We'll see if this holds up in the Bryan Colangelo era, because Sam Hinkie was nothing if not a lightning rod for discussion during his time in Philadelphia. Maybe more #veterans will push the Sixers to a new level next season.
As much as it pains me to say it, I guess it still makes sense to put the Lakers on national TV despite their brutal team. On the bright side, if Nets fans are still mad about people "stealing" the circle logo from them, knowing they basically invented being irrelevant has to be comforting.
