I'm sure many of you are like me, feeling a plethora of different emotions about what happened last night. I went from angry, to confused, to ecstatic, to back to confused, back to angry, to finally acceptance. I'm content with what happened. Though it wasn't the BEST scenario, I think Hinkie did the best he could with the given situation (seriously, screw Cleveland). But anyway, I've been reading a lot about how "We'll see Embiid sometime around January). See, that's where you're wrong. Embiid WILL NOT and SHOULD NOT see the court this year. For those of you in denial, we are once again tanking next year. It will be slightly more fun to watch (I LOVE McDaniels), but we are tanking nonetheless. If we rush Embiid back to the court, he will inevitably become the next Gred Oden, and we don't want that. patience is the key to this rebuild, so at this point, I'm sorry, there's no reason for us to see Embiid this year. But we DO get to see Noel, so be happy with that.
