With the recent embiid injury we have a great opportunity before us

So most people are either freaking out because now it looks slim to none that we are going to get Wiggins unless we trade up. Others are freaking out because they think that Embiid now is going to fall down to #3 and we are going to take him and the risk that he isn't as injury prone as he looks so far.

Well this could actually be a blessing in disguise for us. Isn't this starting to look a lot like last years draft? A center that is the best player in the draft slipping down due to injury? Why can't the Sixers capitalize two years in a row on this.

So under the assumption that the latest Embiid injury news makes teams even more weary of drafting him both the Cavs and Bucks pass up on him and select Wiggins and Parker doesn't matter which order. So now its our pick and Embiid is on the board but if you look at the teams behind us the Magic need a PG more than a C since they already have Vucevic and would be glad to take either Exum or Smart. The Jazz are loaded at C and don't need another one so they will prob take one of the PFs. So with the #3 pick we should select Exum and let Embiid fall to the Celtics and begin the wheeling and dealing.

I have to give credit to DnY for the idea of this trade its great and works perfectly with my idea.

Celtics receive: F Kevin Love, F Chase Budinger

Timberwolves receive: #10, #17, F Thaddeus Young, F Jared Sullinger, BRK 2016 1st

Sixers receive: #6, F Gerald Wallace, rights to swap with BRK in 2017

So now that the Sixers have the 6th pick we draft Embiid. So in the end we still draft Embiid and hope that he turns into the game changer that we all hope he becomes and if he doesn't work out then we still have Exum who we also drafted so drafting Embiid isn't a huge gamble.
