About a week ago I made a fanpost on steps to become a contender and one of them was fire Doug Collins but I don't believe that anymore. When you put yourself in his shoes you start to respect him more when you have to work with kwame,ivey,wilkins,nick,dorrell,hawes,lavoy. The one thing you can blame him is for not playing Moultrie. You could hear the frustration in his post conference. He really did give his body to the organization and it's pretty clear he's given everything mentally too, and to be such a competitor and have guys not give heart and not care is a slap in the face to him. Last year's team was every bit of Passionate, Intense, and Proud. This year's is nothing but. I say keep Doug, Thad, Jrue, and ET and literally no one else. Jrue is averaging 19 but that is because he's forced to. He's better as a 17 and 10 guy so we need a scorer with superstar potential to be his backcourt mate like shabazz. Or if we trade for a pick we can get the best of both worlds and get oladipo who is basically iggy and still draft shabazz. Bynum's done so we mine as well get Pek or big Al.

Core going forward: Jrue, Shabazz, Oladipo(iggy role), Thad, Pek/ Big Al Bench: Turner(Ginobili Role), and just pure shooters and athletes.
