Why tanking is the Sixers best option

It seems so long ago that the Sixers had a superstar hasn't it? We haven't had a star since Allen Iverson has left. Next years draft is loaded and would be a shame to miss out on all the action. Next years draft is not only loaded, but it is deep. Andrew Wiggins, Julius Randle, Marcus Smart, and Jabari Parker. Man! This draft is just a truck load of gravy and mashed potatoes. The biggest prize of all is to land Andrew Wiggins. It's about Andrew Wiggins. Andrew Wiggins is the number one prospects in next years draft.

The kid barely started playing in a game and the man is already being compared to LeBron James. Tanking would be the best option for the Sixers. Take the Seattle Super Sonics/OKC for example. They often tanked and ended up with stars Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, and James Harden. Even though Harden is gone, it was a plan that succeeded. Imagine that, winning the draft lottery, getting the number one pick, drafting Wiggins, getting another good player with that pick from the Pelicans, then the season starts with MCW as the short-term star until Wiggins emerges and take that title. Man, that'll be a dream scene for us Sixers fans. MCW throwing an alley-oop to Wiggins for a slam dunk.

Unless, Wiggins emerges as the top star and MCW can be the second star while Nerlens Noel dominates in the paint. That sound's like a big plan for success. If the Sixers keep winning, then Winning for Wiggins will be in jeopardy for a lower pick around a range from 6-11. If we can land Wiggins and MCW along with Noel is developed right, we can win a title probably as soon as 2016-2017. Not only does it make us contenders, but it makes us attractive as an organization to other top tier players. Players like a LeBron James, Dwayne Wade, Chris Bosh, Carmelo Anthony, and Kobe Bryant aren't going to want to play for a loser. The last thing we need is a drama queen on this team, but as long as they turn into immediate contenders it's perfectly fine.

If the Sixers keep winning and the men upstairs aren't doing anything about it, they might as well look back as far as the 9th-13th pick, because It's proving that this Sixers roster is actually better than they're projected to be. If the Sixers management can't do it and get it done, then the Sixers suck at trying to suck and they suck at trying to win games to be a top team.
