Could a sign and trade for ersan ilyosovic be possible?

If so I'm wondering if it would be reasonable for one to expect mil bucks to balk at matching an offer of 4/$45 mil? If so, and please hear me out here, it would seem to this fan that an offer of Thad young for ersan would be a nice fit for each team.

We trade a young forward with a reasonable contract for a young forward who, while may be the better player, will command a bit more money than the bucks want to spend. We can always sweeten the deal with a second round pick as well. They instantly fill the hole left by losing ersan, and the 76ers keep enough financial flexibility to go after Dwight howard or make a solid igoudala trade.
