Instead of focusing on trying to get the fourth seed that accompanies winning the division, the Sixers have scaled back their goals considerably. They're desperately trying to hang on to a playoff spot.

"We've got to find a way to win a game," Collins said. "I told the guys the next game we win is going to be the toughest game to win all season."

The Sixers, who had Monday off, get another shot Tuesday night at New Jersey.
