Two soon to be former Sixers, Lou Williams and Spencer Hawes and have received new handles as parting gifts: Sweet Lew and E.D. Hawes.
As seen on the LB twitter feed, Sweet Lew is the result of some pour journelism over at the AP. Rather than letting this spark yet another skirmish between mom's basement and press row, let us instead heed the following suggestion and make lemonade:
Lou Williams will now be referred to as Lew Williams for the rest of his Philadelphia 76ers career.

Dweeb gave Hawes his new monicker E.D. in a throughly hijacked thread in which dweeb descibed Hawes as pillow-soft. I found this objectionable, as pillows are both awesome and soft-by-design. Dweeb pondered things that are soft when and where they are supposed to be hard...and, voila! E.D. Hawes.
