Asked if he wants a player to assume that role, Collins replied, "Very much so."

"When you get on a bus, our young guys are singing and having a blast," Collins said. "You get them on the court and nobody talks to each other. A lot of times with youth it's an interesting dynamic.

"A lot of that is that when you start playing, sometimes you get so concerned with yourself about what you have to do. I think the really good teams really give of themselves to their teammates."
