Thorn says 2012 Memphis pick goes to Sixers if it's from 31-55 and to Heat if it's 56-60. Sixers will get it.

Memphis wanted the 6-foot-10 Speights, who was the 16th pick in the 2008 draft, because power forward Zach Randolph is expected to miss up two months with a torn knee ligament.

Speights tweeted that he loved "my time in Philly. Y'all are some good fans." He attended Wednesday's shootaround in New Orleans.
