The real test begins...

Injuries killed us against the Nuggets and the Heat.

I think everyone should be bilateral coordinated.

76ers have won 8 games by 20 or more points. Since 1986, no team has won more games by 20+ through 20 games. (1998 Knicks also eight).

I still don't know

if I should believe this team or not. It’s an emotional roller coaster.

I think everyone should be bilateral coordinated.

76ers have held 4 teams below 75 points this month. In previous six seasons, they held 4 teams below 75 points

continuity!

"If Iguodala were a legitimate "true" 17 PPG scorer, we’d be a better team. When at least 8 of those points come off the fast break, his true offensive production is a reality: 8-11 PPG." - LeQuan Glover

this team

I want to believe and I find it incredibly hard at the same time. They do so many things well, but they have some obvious on paper deficiencies that need to be addressed. I don’t know how this team can be so efficient and perfect on some nights, and fall so short on others.

They’re good enough to destroy bad teams because bad teams are deeply flawed, and are usually lacking severely in either offense, defense, or both.

Better teams have the ability to keep up with them with either equal/better offense/defense. When the games are kept close, the sixers have tended to be at a disadvantage down the stretch because I suppose they are lacking that star player.

Plus a bad interior.

Imagine having a decent center… then this team can compete.

I think everyone should be bilateral coordinated.

i think you are right here. The Sixers lost to the Nets because they didnt have anyone inside who Deron Williams was afraid of. The post position upgrade, at either 4 or 5 if the biggest hole.

On a scale of 1 to 10 with (1- being the Pistons not wanting to play this game at all and 10 being the Pistons pumped & ready to destroy us) I’d have to say the Pistons came in here at about a 2, if broke it into halves I’d say 3.5 for the 1st & 0 for the 2nd

They messed up

Free big macs for everyone. I guess the Pistons are fighting childhood obesity. See I can find good in every thing….

I think everyone should be bilateral coordinated.

The Silver Lining...

…at least, no matter what happens over the next stretch, they’ll be over .500 when it’s over. It might be 14-13, but that’s still over .500. :)

I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and doggone it, there will be no trade for Monta!

And yet, they won’t lose all seven games, right? RIGHT?!

I think it’s pretty unlikely they drop all 7. One of these games is against a team they already beat convincingly in Atlanta. Others are against teams that, while good, are not powerhouses (LAL, LAC). And the toughest of the games are at home. Plus they’re likely to catch at least one of these opponents on a bad night. I think they’ll probably win between 2 and 4 of the next 7.
