DeMarcus Cousins

I saw this morning that DeMarcus Cousins has been told to basically stay away from the Kings and their coach believes a change of scenery may be best. I understand that Cousins is a certifiable headcase, but the Kings may be willing to cut bait for another younger player. What would they think of Cousins for Speeezy and obviously a bit more? I have not looked at trade machine or anything along those lines, just a quick thought. Perhaps a change of scenery, Doug and a veteran mentor like EB could put D Boogie on the right path to a successful career.

Let's not beat around the bush...

Instead of going to Sacramento with a trade package centered around Speights, let’s just put on some gauntlets and slap them across the face.

The better question is at this stage in the game, knowing what we know, would we trade Turner for Cousins (a certified head case).

hard to say

Cousins was playing well this year and even came in almost 20 lbs lighter than last year but will he be a knuckle head forever. Turner still needs to prove it but he has looked pretty good so far this year, not as good as Cousins but pretty good.

Let's get it Birds.

Do you think they would go for Hawes, a pick and maybe cash? I mean it’s Sacramento they have to like the idea of a young center who has played well so far and cash…

Love the Sixers, love the Cavs. Don't sympathize, we'll win a championship someday. Someday...

Umm….I think they know Hawes pretty well in Sacramento :)

I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and doggone it, there will be no trade for Monta!

Other teams would be willing to offer a much better package than “Speezy and obviously a bit more”. Furthermore, I just can’t see Collins approving of a trade for a headcase like Cousins. Talent means nothing if you can’t put it all together and work within a unit.

"If Iguodala were a legitimate "true" 17 PPG scorer, we’d be a better team. When at least 8 of those points come off the fast break, his true offensive production is a reality: 8-11 PPG." - LeQuan Glover
